Jen Rozenberg

I work with individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that keep showing up. Some people come to therapy wanting to understand a relationship, recover from a breakup, or make sense of a pattern they keep finding themselves in. Others come as a couple, wanting to reconnect, communicate better, or break out of a painful cycle that keeps pulling them back in.

Most of us learn who we are in relationships, and sometimes we lose parts of ourselves there, too. When relationships feel disconnected, it can affect so much of how we feel in our lives.

This work is meaningful to me because relationships shape so much of who we are, how we feel about ourselves, and how we move through the world. In our work together, we can begin to understand what’s happening within you and in your relationships, especially in the places where you feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to get back to yourself.

I believe people can grow and change, but we can’t change what we can’t see. Having a place to look at what keeps happening with curiosity and compassion can help you understand yourself more clearly and have more choice in how you relate.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when there are things you may not have said out loud before. We can start with where you are. If any of this resonates, that’s enough of a reason to begin.

I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and welcome clients of all identities and relationship structures.
